1. What you are buying
Everything sold here is digital: DRM-free ePub editions and library passes. There is no physical item, no parcel and no shipment. Delivery is the issuing of a download link to your account, and it happens the moment payment clears.
That single fact shapes this page. A return means sending something back, and there is nothing to send back.
2. Return window and procedure
There is no return window, no return procedure, no return address and no return shipping cost — because nothing is ever returned.
We state that plainly rather than leaving the fields blank. Written out:

- <strong>Return procedure:</strong> none — nothing is shipped back.
- <strong>Return shipping cost:</strong> not applicable.
- <strong>Refund method and timeline:</strong> no refunds are issued, so neither applies.
3. No refunds, and why that is lawful
All sales are final. We do not give refunds — of any kind, for any purchase, at any time.
This is lawful, and it is worth saying exactly why rather than asserting it. As a Norwegian seller we are bound by the angrerettloven (the Right of Withdrawal Act), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive. A consumer buying at a distance normally has 14 days to withdraw.
For digital content delivered immediately that right is lost — but only if you asked for immediate delivery and were told what you were giving up. You are shown this at checkout and you accept it there:
By completing a purchase you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired; and you acknowledge that once delivery has begun you lose your right of withdrawal (angrerett) for that purchase.
Concretely, and without exception:
- No refund once a file has been delivered — and delivery is immediate, so this is every purchase.
- No refund for a file you have not downloaded. Delivery is the issuing of the link, not your clicking it.
- No refund for buying the wrong edition, the wrong language, or the same edition twice.
- No refund for a change of mind.
If you are not willing to give up your right of withdrawal, do not complete the purchase — there is no version of this store in which you receive the file first and decide afterwards.
4. What you do get: a working file
This is a no-refund policy, not a claim to rights the law does not let us take.
Your statutory rights over a defective product are untouched, and nothing here excludes liability for gross negligence or intent. If we deliver something genuinely defective — a corrupt file, or an edition that is not what its page described — tell us and we will put it right.
Putting it right means a working file. Your purchases stay tied to your account and re-downloads are always free, so in most cases the fix is immediate and costs you nothing.
5. Shipping
Nothing is shipped from this store, so there is no delivery charge, no carrier, no tracking and no shipping-related return.
If that ever changes, this page changes with it — a physical product carries a real right of withdrawal, and we would say so here before selling one.
