What exactly do I receive?
A standard ePub file — the Bible is yours to download and keep. It is DRM-free, so you can read it on as many of your own devices as you like, with no subscription and no lock-in. The moment your payment clears, your download link is issued and emailed to you.
How do I read an ePub — which app do I need?
Any free ePub reader; the app is free on every platform. On iPhone, iPad and Mac use Apple Books (built in). On Android use Google Play Books or a free reader such as Librera or Moon+ Reader. On Windows or Linux use Calibre. Just open the downloaded .epub file with one of these and it works.
Which devices and e-readers are supported?
Any smartphone, tablet or computer, plus most dedicated e-readers — Kobo, Tolino, PocketBook and Nook read ePub directly. For Kindle, use Amazon's Send to Kindle to add the file; Kindle converts the ePub for you.
What's inside — formats and navigation?
Many editions include two formats in one file: a Versed format with verse numbers for study and reference, and a clean Reading format without verse numbers, ideal for continuous reading or read-aloud. Every edition carries our extended internal navigation — a deep table of contents with cross-links between testaments, books, chapters and verses — built to go beyond the ordinary ePub.
Can it read the Bible aloud to me (text-to-speech)?
Yes — the Reading format is made for it. Use your device's built-in text-to-speech (for example Speak Screen on iOS or Select-to-Speak on Android) and your device will read the Bible to you. Text-to-speech support and available voices depend on your device.
Do you offer parallel and study Bibles?
Yes. We publish parallel Bibles with two or more translations side by side, verse for verse, and study editions with Hebrew and Greek Strong's numbers, dictionaries and millions of internal cross-references. Search the store for your language, parallel, or study.
Do I need an account, and can I download again later?
Yes — every purchase is tied to your email through your free account, so your Bibles are always recoverable. Sign in any time to find your orders and download again.
How is payment handled — is it secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, a leading global payment provider; we never see your card details. You receive a receipt by email.
Can I get a refund?
No. Every Bible is a digital file delivered the moment you pay, so all sales are final and there are no refunds — not for the wrong edition, the wrong language, a duplicate, or a change of mind; you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout, and you are told so before you pay. If the file we delivered is genuinely defective — corrupt, or not what its page described — contact us at https://tbtm.sale/contact and we replace it. Full terms: https://tbtm.sale/returns.

How do I buy a Bible here?
Browse the catalogue at https://tbtm.sale/store, add the editions you want to your cart, and create your free account at checkout — this store is register-first, because every purchase has to be tied to an email address in order to stay recoverable. Card payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details. The moment payment clears, your download link is issued and emailed to you.
Can I buy several Bibles in one order?
Yes — that is what the cart is for. Add as many editions as you like and bundle them into one secure checkout, so you pay once and get one receipt. Every title in the order is tied to your account afterwards, and re-downloading any of them later is always free. Start at https://tbtm.sale/store.
What is a library pass, and which one do I need?
A pass opens the whole catalogue for a year instead of one title. The Whole Library — Personal allows up to 10 downloads a day and is for one reader, a family or a small group; The Whole Library — Organization allows up to 100 downloads a day, for a church, school or mission and its outreach. The list prices are $44 and $398 a year; if you shop from one of the 52 supported countries you will see the price in your own currency on the pass page, and that is the price you pay. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC, re-downloads of titles you have already taken are free and never count against it, and everything we publish while your pass runs is included — full details at https://tbtm.sale/passes. If the budget is not there, Publifye and TruthBeTold Ministry give churches and ministries up to 25 digital editions free — there is a link on https://tbtm.sale/passes.
Does a pass renew, and how do I stop it?
Yes — a pass is billed once a year and renews automatically until you cancel, which is how access stays uninterrupted. You may cancel at any time: write to us at https://tbtm.sale/contact and we will stop the renewal. Cancelling stops all future billing and closes the library, but it does not refund the current period and there is no pro-rata return of the unexpired year; every file you already saved to your own devices remains yours to read. If we ever change the price of a pass, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.
Which languages do you have?
Thirty language shelves, from Albanian to Vietnamese — Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish and more. Each language has a shelf of its own at https://tbtm.sale/bibles, with an edition count read live from the catalogue, and the store holds more than four thousand editions in all. Much of the catalogue is parallel or dual-language — two translations set side by side, verse against verse, such as a German Bible paired with Danish, or a mother tongue paired with English.
Do you show prices in my currency?
Yes. Use the Country picker at the top of the store and product pages and prices are shown in your own currency — 52 countries are supported, including EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK, CHF, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, INR, BRL, MXN, ZAR and more. If you arrive from one of those countries the store offers to switch for you, and you can change it back at any time from the same picker.
Can I get a refund or change my mind?
No — all sales are final, and we do not refund a completed purchase: not a file you have not downloaded yet, not the wrong edition or the wrong language, not the same edition bought twice, not a library pass, and not a change of mind. The reason is that delivery is immediate. As a Norwegian seller we are bound by the angrerettloven, under which you would normally have 14 days to withdraw; for digital content you asked to receive at once, that right is given up at checkout, where you are told so before you pay. Two things are not refunds and are handled separately: if we deliver something genuinely defective we replace it (see the next answer), and if we charge you twice by our own error we correct the charge — that is a mistake, not a sale. The full statement is at https://tbtm.sale/returns and https://tbtm.sale/sla.
I bought the wrong edition, or the file will not open — what now?
Write to us at https://tbtm.sale/contact and we will put it right. If what we delivered is genuinely defective — a corrupt file, or an edition that is not what its page described — we replace it, and your statutory rights over a defective product are untouched. That is a working file, not a refund: buying the wrong edition or the wrong language is not refundable, so please read the language, translation and series named on each product page before you buy. Since your purchases stay tied to your account and re-downloads are always free, most problems are fixed in minutes and cost you nothing.
Who publishes these Bibles, and who am I buying from?
The editions are published by TruthBeTold Ministry, which is operated by Publifye AS, a Norwegian publisher — Solbergliveien 91D, 0683 Oslo, Norway, Org.nr 826 774 622. Publifye AS is the seller of record and the data controller for this store. Norwegian law governs your purchase and the Norwegian courts have jurisdiction — and if you are a consumer, that does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Every edition is a properly published book with its own ISBN printed on its product page — for example ISBN 9788283811308 for the German–Danish parallel Bible. See https://tbtm.sale/sla and https://tbtm.sale/privacy.
Where else are your Bibles sold, and why buy here?
Our editions have long been sold through the major ebook retailers, where TruthBeTold Ministry is named as the publisher — so the book is the same book wherever you find it. Buying here gets you the file directly from the ministry: a clean DRM-free ePub with no app to install and no lock-in, downloaded the moment payment clears, tied to your account so it is always recoverable, and free to re-download on any device for as long as you have your account. It is also the only place you can take a library pass over the whole catalogue (https://tbtm.sale/passes), and buying direct means the sale goes to the ministry rather than through a retailer's share.
